Welcome! This guide will help you get the most out of Intuify Survey Builder — from creating your first survey to analyzing results and managing your team.
What is Intuify Survey Builder?#
Intuify Survey Builder is a survey platform that lets you design, distribute, and analyze surveys in one place — with Qualtrics-compatible logic, 22 native question types, custom plugin interfaces, multi-language support, and optional Qualtrics .qsf import/export.
Getting started path#
Follow this path from a blank survey to live responses:
- Create — Surveys list → Create Survey (or AI Assistant).
- Build — Add sections and question types on the Build tab.
- Flow — Set order, branches, and loops in the Flow Editor.
- Settings — Branding, security, and respondent experience in Branding & Settings.
- Translate — Optional multi-language content.
- Publish & distribute — Distributions and fielding.
- Analyze — Analytics & responses and quality filters.
Tip: Open in-product help (? in the header) for recommended articles based on where you are in the app.
Finding your way around#
Once you sign in, the sidebar links to every major area:
- Dashboard — Activity snapshot and key stats.
- Surveys — Create, edit, and manage projects.
- Field Analytics — Organization-wide performance.
- AI Assistant — Generate or improve surveys in plain language.
- Library — Reusable questions, sections, and templates.
- Team / Roles / Settings — Access and organization options (when enabled).
Use the profile menu for documentation, or click ? for contextual help.
