Detect low-quality or suspicious responses and review them before analysis.
Built-in quality filters#
Configure these in Settings (survey-level) and review results under Analytics.
| Filter | What it detects |
|---|---|
| Speeding | Survey completed faster than a minimum time threshold |
| Straight-lining | Same answer chosen for every row in a matrix |
| Duplicate IP | Multiple submissions from the same IP address |
Analytics shows counts for each filter type on the survey responses page.
Custom suspicious rules#
Authors can define custom rules using the same condition builder as display logic. Each rule assigns a flag level:
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Red | High suspicion — typically exclude from analysis |
| Yellow | Review recommended |
Rules can use answers, metadata, time on survey, and device signals.
Flagging responses manually#
On the responses list, flag or unflag individual rows for your team's review workflow.
Exclude and purge#
Excluded responses move to the Excluded tab. Include them again, or delete them permanently, from the analytics area — only permanent deletion destroys data.
Tip: Excluding a response may decrement quota counts when that option is enabled for your survey.
Public quota dashboards#
Share read-only quota fill status via a public dashboard URL (see Analytics & Responses).
